Due to being in Sunderland Hospital patient and being treated on a Sunday. I had problems taken the prep medication and the department was closed Saturday so unable to get any support and advice via phone.

Everything from the work at theater to the ward has been extremely good, right down to the food, no complaints at all, very good and tasty. I can't praise the nurses enough, very good team, with good humor.

There are doctors who don't explain themselves very well which can lead to confusion. However, I've found that the midwives especially are always on hand, in person or over the phone.
I've always had everything explained thoroughly and any concerns dealt with. I feel comfortable and safe in this hospitals care.

Staff was easily approachable and made feel comfortable. The waiting times are a little long, but it was still fine, got forgotten one time in room for over an hour.
