My experience today was very good.As to decisions about my specialist eye care,I am not an expert on this and left the decisions to the professionals and so I did not give a rating on this(actually I have given a 1 star rating because the system will not allow me to leave a blank).

The staff were very very good and caring. They were helpful, informative, knowledgeable. I Cannot praise them enough. I was very nervous when I arrived but their kindness and thoughtfulness helped me to keep calm and the process seemed to go by very quickly. It was very well organised. I would like to thank them for their support.

I received fantastic care from all staff. The results did take quite a long time to come through which was very stressful at the time.

It was good to have drinks available although a choice of herbal teabags such as peppermint or green tea. I would have liked to have more information about how long things would take and what investigations I was having. For example, it was 40 minutes after my appointment time before anyone spoke to me. The breast clinic nurse was surprised that I hadn't had any mammograms before she saw me. I didn’t even know I was having more mammograms. When I eventually had the mammograms it was already one and three quarter hours after my appointment time.

My appointment was for 10.3.17 but due to staff illness, it was changed to the next day being a Saturday. The system worked perfectly and l was passed between the x-ray room and doctor's room quickly and efficiently and a cyst was drained there and then. All the staff were friendly and efficient and my husband had a cup of tea whilst waiting. l was very impressed and thought l couldn't have had better treatment in a private hospital. Well done NHS,

The therapist that I saw - Sam was warm and friendly and delivered great care. She cannot be faulted in anyway.
