At reception staff could be a little more helpful and kind.
No compassion, no friendly face. Very abrupt
They do not put you at ease at all. They are the first port of call so it is important for them to be more helpful and friendly with compassion. This must be one of the most important things that need to be addressed.
Doctors could do with not huffing and puffing that's not very helpful or friendly at all. Certainly not put you at ease.
The nurses I meet on fracture clinic were very nice and did show compassion and showed care.
The staff on delivery suite (22nd May) are all absolutely phenomenal. The midwifes looking after me were brilliant, friendly, approachable and listened to me. When I needed to be taken to theatre the response when the emergency button was pushed was very impressive and every single member of staff was brilliant. Dr Isaac who helped deliver my baby using the kiwi cup and then repaired my 2nd degree care was also great!
No clear explanation of injury or follow up.
Left on trolley needed bed pan no means of requesting help.
Sent back to care home at 3.30am (96 years old!)
Staff member spoken to on phone said she would let family know of outcome, no communication at all.
I called emergency service regarding my son's health. We received an excellent service from the emergency staff and doctors. We are very happy and thankful to them to help my son.
Everything.
Cccccc
I know I’m the current climate that things are difficult. My one and only criticism was that not once did any cleaning of chairs or any surface in the A&E waiting area….
It was very busy and a little concerning .
I am not complaining in any way just bringing this to your attention.
Doctor didn’t seem interested, wouldn’t give me any pain relief.
Very quick service
My wife had fallen and hurt herself and me being 73 I couldn't lift her. From ringing at 11pm I didn't get help till 4.30 am
She was in pain for 51/2 hours.
