There was no real care plan for post-op physiotherapy. One day no physio was available/an important day for progressing towards mobility.
Suggested improvements
Communicate with patient as much as possible, provide a care plan for medical and physiotherapy rehabilitation.

all of the staff from the sister to the midwife and including the SHCA’s went above and beyond with our care.
I was comfortable leaving my partner in the care of the staff on the central delivery suite and would have no complaints about the level of care and attention to detail!
Suggested improvements
Nothing that the delivery suite could have done better. SGH should have advised contractors to park there vehicles offsite instead of taking up valuable space for both staff and patients.

All the staff were wonderful even though at times they were stretched due to a complex case arriving on the ward. At no time did I feel neglected and they all had time for me if I needed anything

The way that the staff talked and treated me. Everything has been fine.
Dr Farooq is fantastic, she saved my life and I'm going to join her classes in a few weeks. Even after you've left hospital still being cared for and it means a lot.
Sergio the physiotherapist was fantastic and needs a gold medal. Very helpful with all of my exercises, not just telling me, showing me properly.
Eve has helped by phoning my sister and helping with my visitors. It is better on the ward that someone like her does it, to relieve the nurses so that they can do what they need to do. It's most appreciated.
