Doctors very skilled and reassuring.
All staff pleasant and very professional. The nurse holding my head very comforting and kind nursing and medical care to a very high standard during the procedure.
Suggested improvements
Would have liked my wife to have stayed in waiting area- but I can understand that too many people could cause crowding in there.

I waited 1 hour 30 minutes in the waiting room. Not brillant when taking medication for anxiety.
