From putting in a gag care at approx 9-30 am to fulling in this form 7-15 pm. My husband could not have been treated any better that he was dental care and dedication by out concerned with his care and treatment- in A&E and then at the acute frailty assessment - with due care and concern for me also- and arrnaging his respite care tonight.
