Felt that door handles, work surfaces should be cleaned, never saw anybody doing that floor was cleaned regularly.

Excellent clinical and pastoral care throughout particular thanks to all the nursing staff at al levels and other staff much as catering who was cheerful and caring at all times.
Suggested improvements
Tongue in check - design a logical gown that can be easily fixed on a which is changeable whilst on a { }./nOn smile with from tabs lease have a plug to facilitate.

Waiting a long time for any assistance./nFeeling like a nuisance for asking for help./nWitnessed a potential hazard, pressed buzzer and waited a long time for an answer.

When putting mask on it hurt and they did not seem to care (At night).
