The doctors I saw were superb, kind listening and compassionate you have same 1st class nurses./nThe ones on night duty while I was there were so very good what very trying night.
Felt comfortable during stay./nNothing to complain about.
Because it was reasonable answer to give.
Made me feel like, was not being a bad mum amazing staff.
Currently sat here still waiting to be seen, been sat here 3hrs waiting. Which is fine I understand can be busy. But seriously the way the reception staff and nurses are talking about patients , everyone knows their names , address and age which I’ve always found a strange one. A young girl came In blatantly scared and upset nearly 30 weeks pregnant and was bleeding they told her that her partner couldn’t be here which was fair enough but then she left and as she left a member of staff muttered well if you want to put your baby at risk , a nurse then followed her outside and persisted to tell her that she was putting her baby at risk . The staff then all gossiped about it being a safeguarding issue and calling her unfit and that her boyfriend looked about 12.
During my stay here it has taken a while for a doctor to come and see me to tell me what is going on but other than that the care from the midwives and student midwives have been absolutely amazing, I couldn’t fault them at all
All the staff on the gynaecologist ward were lovely very helpful sorted anything that I needed easy to talk to. The blinds were closed when ever they needed to be always checking that I was okay. They went through everything explained what they needed too.
Fast flow through a&e, I was seen and treated within an hour. Because I have to self isolate I was not able to go to the pharmacy to collect medications so the doctor arranged for someone to collect them for me
