The staff on ward 5 answered all my questions straight away or found out the answer quickly on 2/3/23. I felt very well cared for by the staff on this day and felt like nothing was too much trouble. Also on the evening moving from 24- to this ward.

On ward 24 at times I did not feel listened to or cared for which made me feel nervous as I had to rely on people I didn't trust on the time, I am so much more at ease with the are in ward 5.
