I felt that despite being busy and having to juggle rooms and patients the dr's and nurses saw me as a person and not as a number on their list. Although it was a long wait between seeing different ones I knew they saw me as quick as they could and reassured me that I was not wasting their time. Thank you

Could have provided some drinking water with it being such a long wait
