The department was extremely busy but staff were doing the best they could in difficult circumstances. When I was eventually seen, the nurse was kind, efficient and went that extra bit as it was her time to go off duty, but she stayed till I returned from x-ray so she could dress my arm and close my case. A true professional.

The only thing I can think of is the cleaning of chairs as people get up and move about. I was in the department for almost 4 hours and sat in 5 different chairs, all of which had been sat in by numerous others, and none of which were cleaned during my visit. A difficult situation in difficult times, but a worry non-the-less!
