Seen by the triage nurse, who was quite pleasant, sat and waited for 2 hours, for a doctor to then say, in the middle of the waiting room, that they would not see me, but I had to go back to the hospital I had my operation at. This was without examining me, I had seen my local practice nurse who advised for me to be given stronger antibiotics for a foot infection. I would have appreciated to be spoken to in a private room and for the doctor to have actually examined my foot, prior to just been sent away. Appalling treatment.
