The staff. Every member of staff where incredible. An absolute credit to the NHS and SGH. I have rarely experienced a more caring compassionate and professional body of individuals. Mel, Lizzie, {} Deanne, Shapla are just some of the team who made my stay bearable. I cannot fault a single person. I am so thankful.
Suggested improvements
Communication between departments could be slightly better.
