Put on a trolley and left in a side cubicle for 1 hour before being moved twice more within the same unit. Not offered any pain relief for at least 2 hours. No communication from staff regarding the wait.

Suggested improvements
Came in with suspected Cauda Equina. Left to stand in corridor (on my crutches) for an hour until a member of staff could be bothered to triage me. Triage staff instantly asked if I needed to lay down, which was very much appreciated. He found me a trolley within 5 minutes and quickly escorted me through. Even though i was admitted with suspected Cauda Equina the doctor who saw me blamed my enlarged prostate and did not even mention an MRI which i believe is standard practice for suspected Cauda Equina Syndrome.
