Waited 3 hours and gave up . Went gone and took loads of painkillers instead. Those booths cause me horrendous anxiety and I have arthritis in both hips and spine apart from the injury I attended for after 111 referral. I also witnessed a very old lady who waited longer than I had and was also still waiting to be seen with a purple and black arm from a fall. Asking people about their existing medical conditions in full hearing of nearby people stacked out waiting is very embarrassing . Why don’t the triage do this now ? I guess the reason them triage is done quickly is to keep your figures looking reasonable. Those booths are grubby and stressful and not cleaned when prople move on from them so I fail to see how that prevents shedding . What has happened to our NHS .

Quite obvious if you read the above. You are understaffed and your staff appear to have list any motivation or empathy and love for their job
