I was treated with respect, as as I get older I do realise things do go with sometimes, with no ones fault. Potters do not always release things cannot be others. We do always need to eb patients. Some suggestions to help to heal a situation was help understand when people are in a new environment!!

All the information I was given by the nurses and doctors and I was able to understand everything I was told I am deaf!/nFull marks for all you did for me wish my two days here!!
