Very poor we were misinformed, told we would be seen soon but waited over one hour with people overfailing us for no valid reasons shockingly poor management.

This service is very badly managed. There is no sense of urgency lots of staff sat around chatting and casually looking at phones. No wonder the NHS is in such a mess. You need business analysis and { } process.
