1. Very unhelpful - we were told 'we would not be long' but lots of people were seen ahead of us who came in after us with similar injuries.
Suggested improvements
1. Coffee medicine out of order (no drinks available).
2. Slow service - provide for more triage nurses.
3. Provided expected wait times.
