The staff from the cleaners, nurses and healthcare I especially Gregg and Sky were fantastic. I saw Gregg and Sky and Michael being so caring and professional all the time. All staff were brilliant, its a shame the whole journey is disappointing and spoils the care the staff give.

Communication from doctors - is a apalling - they promise things then do not deliver - and its the staff that end up getting the raw end of the deal when the patients gets disappointed. Also please get soft closing bins for nights.
