My little boy was not very well with his asthma and the staff at A&E told me nothing was wrong. I have visited the doctors today and have been told that I was right to bring him and have been referred to see a paediatrician. Was not happy being told that I was not believed and that nothing was wrong when I knew there was. I didn’t want to attend A&E in the first place but was sent by 111. Very disappointed with my experience here as I have visited the hospital many times and also work there and have never had a bad word to say.

Could have been more reassuring and more polite. Just because I am a young mother does not mean I do not what I’m talking about.
