The initial wait seemed to take a life time (more like 90 mins to be honest) But after that i couldn't knock the staff at all, seemed to be happy to bend over backwards to help and i was very pleased with been able to be delt with in such a timely manner. Many thanks

Just the initial waiting. Sat in a booth with no music no tv, not me personally but i would imagine that a person who suffers with anxiety or other like mental illness would be climbing the pverbial walls.
