Wasn't happy when the Triage nurse doctor laughed/sniggered at me when explaining my situation.
Found this very unprofessional.
Seems as though I shouldn't have a point of view and they think they no best so shouldn't make these comments.
Suggested improvements
Staff should show more respect for the patients opinions.
