Felt rushed when I needed there care, as had other things to do. Slow at keeping pain relief and regular medications not sorted until day of discharge. Wound not dressed correctly after surgery. Was left in urine soaked dressing, bottoms and bedding whilst eating lunch. My own personal phone used as a light to see wound in the night for dressing changed - gauze put in place and was not packed. Bloods being taken, staff member still attempting to get a full bottle of blood on a sample bottle that only required half filling.

All of the above, with staff attitudes towards patients and time spent.
