You cannot get to see your GP at all. I have sent them a written complaint. They cannot diagnose by phone. A&E is the only place you can get care.
Suggested improvements
Nothing- I am sorry I had to come here but I had no choice- I was out of my mind with worry and pain but at least now I have some answers. Doctor and nurses here are fabulous.
