We was in A&E for over 5 hours, got there around 8.20pm and left at around 1.30am.. which is too long especially when it is my 4yo who was waiting to be seen.. However the nurse & doctor we saw were great, really helpful and good with my daughter.

Reduced wait time and/or communication on expected wait times.
