Jade has given excellent service, guidance and practical tips for dealing with the supply, fitting and customisation of my urostomy bags and accompanying supplies.
All very helpful during this time of adjustment to a new way of living.
Jade has also made it clear that she is always available to answer any questions or help with any change of circumstances by phone, email or visit.

Prior to recently having had cystectomy procedure I was not sure to what expect following surgery and recover period
The Urology team at Queen Alexandra Hospital. Portsmouth and Uro-Oncology Nurse specialist have been so good for me
In conjunction with Jackie Holloway my visiting Stoma care nurse Jade Hurst has at all stages taken me through application of wearing different types of stoma bags with care and patience

Weekend supervision non existent, nursing staff asked to supervise but nothing. Managed on my own!
