Kate who came to see me 3 times was very encouraging and reassuring in my getting used to and fitting my stoma pouch correctly. Any questions that I asked or problems that I had she answered to my satisfaction and helped me with greatly. I have been left with various contact details which I can use for help if needed should any problems arise, so I know that I have got someone to turn to should there be any need to.

As far as I am concerned there was not anything you could have done any better.
