The nurse, who come was ver friendly. Answered all my questions confirmed I was changing the stoma bag correctly and give me confident that I cope with it.

The only problem I could see was it is difficult to give an eact time as to when the visit will be but I can see that this is a roblem because the nurse does not knw in advance how long she will be with each patient on what the traffic will be.
