Abbi has shown great care, respect and interest when introducing my husband (and me) to the unfamiliar concept of practical responsibilities following his colonoscopy. Nothing has been too much trouble and Abbi made a point of letting us feel that we did not have to be rushed. She has also been firm but kind - both of which we have appreciated. Thank you.
