The stoma team at Croydon hospital went over and above in helping source and get me essential colostomy and urostomy pouches. I had run out of my pouches and was in a real panic as my usual monthly order had been delayed by my stoma delivery company. The care, understanding and support that the stoma nurses give is always fantastic and so gratefully appreciated. Thank you so much.

Having the opportunity to have back up products and emailing the team if, for unforseen circumstances, the Patient runs out of supplies.
