Good i) Physiotherapists have been so kind, sympathetic, but above all positive with such good, sensible advice. ii) The gym sessions have been excellent for the workouts, but the whole uplifting mental attitude they inspire is of great benefit. Just keep up the good work!!

The class is excellent and run by professional experts with really helpful advice. My progress was amazing and would not have happened without the class. The improvement needs to come from consultants who need to be recommending the class as part of rehab treatment.
