Educational side of back class was really good, but I found the class increased my back pain and I had to take extra pain killers.

Good, clear instruction/advice from staff. Disgusted as fall out from members of class (230/Friday). (8 weeks 1-5-3-3-2.5). There should be some way of charging for this lack of common civility.

Positive. - Useful information regarding pain and pain management. - Friendly and approachable staff. Negative. - The rehab exercises were somewhat seneric for the group so didn't really care for my condition.

Small classes so shel faily individual attention- felt a little uncomfortable talking about myself within earshot of other people. Classes were easy to understand and explained well.
