Physios pretty good, hospital management pretty diabolical. Booked 3.30 pm appointment to physio at 'Orthopedic Physio outpatient Dept.' Arrived 15.20, parked car took me eighteen mins to finally get directed to right dept after being directed to four different areas. Thirty min appt became twelve min appt. Please can someone in authority take this seriously and contact me.
