The podiatrists are super smiley, friendly, personable and knowledgeable. They are never in a rush and provide exceptional care. The support office for appts provide a dreadful service. If you call the phone just rings and rings. There is no facility to leave a message and other than posting a letter no way to cancel/rearrange appointment.
