Booking in could be dramatically improved. But otherwise my treatment was excellent. Great care was taken in listening to me explain my condition and the details about my treatment and condition were very well explained. My excercise sheet was explained very well. Instructions were given both physically & verbally to show me how to get the best from the excersises
