Content of course was good, ability to understand 'what pain is.' Relaxation techniques and anatomy of spine were really useful and also group sessions are fantastic knowing others with probs helps understand my problems.
Introduced me to correct way to do exercises which I have found helpful.
I cannot think of much that would improve it. Having the student improve it. Having the student physis helpful with exercises is very beneficial.

Information was detailed. Staff knew what they were taking about. Made me understand more about my back. More space needed in the gym back class.
It has been given me the confidence to re-join the gym and get more mobile.
