Extremely helpful and competent therapist gave good advice ref. breathing correctly as well as exercises to strengthen my back (spin stenosis). Felt more confident after therapy course.

Excellent care from physios (Marina). Good explanation of why pain has occurred and understanding of what to expect going forward. Hip and knee drink very beneficial, gave good instruction on how to exercise and education on how to look after hips and knees.
