Tips on helping pain.
I enjoyed my physio sessions and found all the information very helpful. My symptoms became manageable and all the exercises on everyday routine. I liked the imagery used to help me visualise what was happening in my neck.
The 6 weeks back course was infomative and really helpful. Everyone in charge was considerate, particularly if it was noticed that yo had trouble-eg getting up from the floor! hearing about. The anatony of the body gives all of us a chance to look after ourselves better. Loved the excercises too.

I started the class being very negative. I now feel so much more confident knowing lot of people feel the same samd understanding how pain can effect your mental status.
Leaving about the back and neves has helped me understand,
I was not made aware in appointment letter that it was a group session, Whilst l don't mind being in group it would have made me move me more comfortable to know before l arrived.
Everything was explained clearly and concisely abd advice given has workd very well.
I found the course informative, pointing our patterns, that once, mentioned were very obvious, and how to avoid them, exercise were very good a simple for most to use everyday.
