The exercise ball techniques.
Was able to ask questions about any pregnancy pain.

Improvement: The chairs! Considering the class was about improving back and neck care, they were not very comfortable.
I was made aware of the many causes of back and leg pain and instructed on how to have steps/exercised to hopefully alleviate the pain and keep me flexible.
