Engaged my stay on ward. Lovely staff.

The pain clinic run by eput is hopeless . First problem is trying to get though to then on the telephone is difficult as there opening times say 9 -4pm which isn't correct as if you ring at 9 they aren't ready for telephone calls, Then the pain clinic opening times say 9-5 but the last appointment that you can make is 3pm once again hopeless.

Staff are kind and patient. Equipment is excellent and my mother was treated with dignity and respect.

Its a real shame there's no CCTV there as then the reception staff couldn't tell there side of a story with out the patient telling how bad the service is from reception down to the staff nurse appalling in my view should be redeveloped for housing and the funds be used in a properly run hospital with staff that know how to treat patients .
