Community Care received after being in Rydon not good at all. I felt a burden and feel I had no options in the careplan which was written without me. I didn't agree or couldn't change what what written in any form and when I challenged this was not listened to. It didn't take views I had and I feel I shouldn't ask again because I would be a nuisance. The careplan had a lot of errors and things in it did not reflect the situation or help it. When it came to a crisis the teams in Foundation House, wellsprings community mental health read it and it was upsetting when nobody listened to put it all right. It made me leave the services in the end and they were quite happy about saying it was all about choice leaving me feeling unwell and frustrated. I would not recommend the Somerset service to anyone I knew with a mental health illness. I would not go back finding it uncaring, ineffective and badly run.
