Whilst waiting for my appointment the seating outside consulting room are too low for elderly people. Yet the chairs outside the gym are a bit higher!!
(This is @ Nene Park to the side of main entrance).

Angela was very good she took her time and explained everything and answered all my questions and also gave me different options and advice.
Improvement wise, I wish the appointments were a lot quicker than waiting for months.
