It was marvelous to be able to talk to Angela. She seemed really interested and it was wonderful, to really talk to someone. I haven't done that since Robert died, 20 months ago.
After Angela left, I felt very alert and much better.
She encouraged me to exercise and walk about quite a lot. I have done just that and I feel alive again. I feel better by for much better both mentally and physically when Robert was alive.
