The appt letter had incorrect date.
Thank you for taking the time to feedback your experience. I understand that the appointment unfortunately had to be subsequently rearranged. This is why the initial appointment letter would have had the wrong date on it however, staff did make contact to discuss the rearranged date.
After CPN Penny retired it was about a year for any contact to be made with me. I wonder if there to be a further C.P.N to be ensuite. I do understand that central government lack of funds to the Northampton county council making play a part in the running in memory assessment in Rushden. This government assessment for further money for mental health is a downright lie

Staff very friendly but parking a bit tricky.
