Friendly visits - answers to questions. Dates and times of visits (will possibly be improved - depending on pressure of work).
Thank you for sharing the experience of the service. We work hard to provide appropriate times/days of visits - the service operates between Monday- Friday- 9-5 . We are happy to be as flexible as possible within these times to support service users/carer needs.

Dad looked forward to each week and enjoyed it very much. The ladies taking the group were very kind and friendly. It's a shame the sessions couldn't be carry on for more weeks.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Unfortunately, the group sessions are a standard length of time as set my national standards. We are currently looking at additional groups that could be set up to support service users on a more on-going basis.
