The care I received was good.
The lady was kind and friendly.

I am sorry to hear that you have not received the correspondence you would have expected following your appointment. If you have requested copies of your letters then this should have been sent out. It is Trust policy that letters are offered to be sent following each appointment. Please call the team and request a copy from your last appointment. I have discussed this with our administrative team and reminded them to check if the letter has been requested.
