Poppy Modoran went out of her way to help get my mother to Glamis Hall. Mother had not wanted to leave home and despite the best efforts of the family we could not get her to go anywhere. Poppy was fantastic in organising the trip to Glamis and working with my mother and showing us best practice in facilitating mums outings in the future. Well done Poppy, we cannot thank you enough.
