Relaxed atmosphere, learned about my problem. Questions answered. Patient and caring facilitators would have liked a long time for each meeting. It would be good also to have followed up groups with some people. Maybe a time to do so. One of the problems in my care is self-double and confidence also feelings of rejection.

Thank you for sharing the experience you have had with the service. We are glad that you found the environment relaxing and that your questions were answered. It is also very important that our staff demonstrate compassion and care at all times In relation to the groups- this is an area that has been identified as requiring additional focus and is the subject of a project to improve post diagnostic support by way of Rovery college modules and coproduction groups.
