My brother-in-law was seriously ill in RSH for a couple of weeks very recently and our family were urgently asked to go in late one afternoon. The staff on duty that afternoon were unbelievably kind, caring and compassionate. I can't praise them enough, in particular the doctors on Ewhurst Ward and the doctors and nurses of Theatre 10 that afternoon for the amount of time they gave to us all that sad day.
The care and respect my brother-in-law received that day and until he passed away a few days later from the nurses and doctors undoubtedly helped the family at a very difficult time. It restored my faith in the NHS and in particular The RSH Guildford. A big thank you to all.
