Even though this was a group session I was treated as an individual and received 1:1 care which I found extremely beneficial. I had the opportunity to talk to a whole range of HCP's and this has really helped me to manage my pain. The only thing I would change would be the start time on a friday and make that a 1pm start as the parking is terrible at 2 pm.
